It offers a free 1‑week Web3 Onboarding sprint alongside paid 1‑month Web3 Creator and Web3 Builder cohorts, and positions these programs as gateways to real-world projects, sponsorships, and jobs.^[4] The academy is paired with a contributor reputation profile that tracks experience points (XP), streak days, consistency and contribution scores, X/Twitter activity, Telegram support, and missed tasks.^[4]​

Within this framework, the platform operates a detailed contributor reputation system. Public contributor profiles highlight an overall reputation score, accumulated XP, streak days over a 365‑day horizon, and separate consistency and contribution scores. They also display measures of X/Twitter activity, Telegram support, and the number of missed tasks.^[4] These metrics are linked to the contribution loop the project describes, in which learners submit assignments, support peers, maintain streaks, and complete ecosystem tasks to build verifiable standing in the network.^[4]​

Raven Network also runs a referral program that pays out multi-chain commissions in USDT‑Gram on TON and the cNGN stablecoin on Base.^[4]​
