Dominic Jang began his professional career in Tokyo, holding short-term Corporate Governance Analyst roles at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services (January–March 2014) and at Morgan Stanley Capital International Inc. | Institutional Shareholder Services (January–March 2014). He was promoted to Head of Business Development and served from January 2023 to June 2024, based in Singapore. Since October 2025, Jang has served as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of ATH Labs, based in Abu Dhabi. The company is developing Deadstock, a platform for tokenizing physical collectibles, including trading cards.
In a LinkedIn post responding to CNBC coverage of the Pokémon card market, Jang described himself as a longtime collector and paraphrased reported market figures (including a cited 1,350% rise in a Pokémon card price index since 2020 and a $16 million sale of a Pikachu Illustrator card) to argue that physical collectibles are emerging as an asset class similar to earlier growth in sneaker and watch markets; he described Deadstock as infrastructure built for that shift. He appeared at Consensus 2026 in his ATH Labs capacity, participating in discussions on real-world-asset tokenization. He has also served as an Advisor to Tomoland on a contract basis since June 2025. [1] [3]
