Jeon founded FactBlock, a Web3 ecosystem builder, in Seoul. In the same year, FactBlock launched the first Korea Blockchain Week (KBW).

Jeon graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.

He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Korea University.

He became the vice chairman of the Financial News Media Group, a position he continues to hold.
