Tabar earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in 2001, after completing his Bachelor's in Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford in 2000.

Tabar co-founded Fluidity, a financial technology company that developed the decentralized exchange AirSwap. The company was acquired by ConsenSys in 2020.

After serving as Chief Strategy Officer since 2021, Tabar was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Bit Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTBT).

As CEO, Tabar announced Bit Digital's strategic shift from Bitcoin mining to an Ethereum treasury, committing over $200 million from an equity raise and Bitcoin sales.

Tabar became the CEO of WhiteFiber (NASDAQ: WYFI), a Bit Digital subsidiary focused on data centers for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing.
