Kadam began his career as an Associate Engineer at Codebox from 2012 to 2013, where he developed software projects for Indian startups, served as a client point of contact, and created reusable administrative interfaces. From 2013 to 2018, he was Co-Founder of Infiny Webcom in Mumbai, where he worked across client acquisition, sales, project planning, operations, project management, and hiring while overseeing more than 50 projects. He then joined Sportz Interactive as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2021, developing gaming and fan-engagement products for sports brands, managing product teams, introducing automated workflows, and working with sales teams on client acquisition and licensing. From October 2021 to May 2022, Kadam was Product Manager at Shake, where he worked on an API product, including its positioning, pricing, roadmap, and technical development. He subsequently served as Product Manager at Alpacadabraz from April to November 2022, working on NFT and metaverse products, partnerships, gaming tournaments, and team operations. From March 2023 to March 2024, he was a part-time Product Manager at HELLO Labs, where he worked with product and technology teams on Web3 products and the development of use cases for the HELLO token. Since August 2022, Kadam has served as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Beezie, where he has been responsible for product development and strategy for the company's collectibles-focused platform. In a May 2026 interview with Beezie, Kadam discussed product development decisions aimed at serving both experienced collectors and casual users. He explained that Beezie’s Claw experience was developed after observing demand for a more interactive alternative to conventional buying and selling, drawing on the mechanics of physical claw and gacha machines while incorporating vaulted physical collectibles. Kadam also discussed Floorgobbler, a feature designed to provide faster liquidity by allowing users to sell collectibles without waiting for individual buyers, and identified onboarding and payment accessibility as major product challenges, including integrating credit-card payments and expanding onto Base. He said the platform was designed to accommodate different user preferences, with experienced collectors able to prioritize speed and efficiency while casual users could engage with animations and reveal mechanics. Kadam identified collection tracking, real-time valuation, and more standardized pricing as areas where the collectibles industry remained fragmented, and said he expected collecting to increasingly combine physical and digital ownership, with digital profiles becoming a primary way for collectors to display, trade, and sell their collections.
