Kevin Li K/L

Kevin Li, also known as K/L, is a technology entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief executive officer of Goldsky, a blockchain data infrastructure and analytics company. He has held the role since October 2021.^[1]​

Career

Li started Goldsky with his friend and co-founder Jeff Ling in 2021. The San Francisco-based company describes its work as building a modern blockchain data stack and providing live-streamed cryptocurrency data. LinkedIn lists $23.3 million in funding across two rounds.^[2]​^[1]​

Before Goldsky, Li was an engineering manager at 0x in San Francisco from May to October 2021. In that role, he supported a team building Matcha.xyz and helped drive a tenfold increase in daily active traders, according to his LinkedIn profile.^[1]​

Background and Writing

Li moved to the United States at age five, dropped out of college at age 20, and has lived in and around San Francisco since 2014.^[2]​

Li describes himself as an optimist, a contrarian, and a perfectionist, and says he believes deeply in regret minimization. He started a blog to collect and share learnings from ideas, describing writing as a way to structure and distill his thoughts.^[2]​
