OpenEden

In December 2021, Jeremy Ng co-founded with Eugene Ng and became Founder and CEO of Group, which operates a regulated platform focused on bringing real-world assets to networks through licensed entities in Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands.[1][4] ’s first major product, TBILL, is a tokenized U.S. Treasury Bills fund launched in 2023 that has an investment grade “A” rating from Moody’s.[7][8] In 2025, the BNY-managed TBILL Fund was also awarded ‘AA+f’ fund credit quality and ‘S1+’ fund volatility ratings by S&P Global Ratings.[6]

Under Ng's leadership, has expanded beyond TBILL to launch OpenDollar (USDO), a regulated, yield-bearing pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar and fully backed by tokenized U.S. Treasuries held via the TBILL Vault.[5] USDO is issued by OpenEden Digital, a Bermuda-based affiliate that holds a Digital Asset Business Act license and is prudentially regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.[5][1] Affiliates of BNY Mellon have been appointed as investment manager and primary custodian for the TBILL Fund’s underlying assets, integrating a large global custodian and asset manager into OpenEden’s infrastructure.[7][6]

By late 2025, OpenEden’s platform had grown into the mid-hundreds of millions of dollars in assets, with the TBILL Fund reaching approximately $247 million in assets under management as of September 2025 and around $286 million in TBILL TVL, while USDO recorded about $277 million in TVL across DeFi integrations.[6][8] Through these developments, Ng’s role has centered on building a regulated RWA platform that connects institutional investors and DeFi users to on-chain exposure to U.S. Treasuries and related fixed-income strategies.[1]
