Education

Jaewon An studied at Sogang University, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering between 2006 and 2013. During his time at the university, he participated in CSPCLAB and was a member of the ACM-ICPC Study Group. ^[2]​

Early Career

Jaewon An worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Google from January 2008 to August 2008.

In September 2012, he co-founded Presto Technology and served as an Algorithmic Trader until July 2014. Based in Seoul, South Korea, his work involved algorithmic trading and quantitative methods applied to financial markets.

Presto Labs

In July 2014, An co-founded Presto Labs with Yongjin Kim and Yongwoon Cho. At the company, he has been involved in the development of algorithmic trading strategies, automated trading systems, and quantitative analysis for financial and digital asset markets.

Flipster
