Dan Wong began his career in finance as a Senior Associate at KPMG, where he focused on auditing and financial compliance. He subsequently gained public sector experience through externships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, working on legal research, documentation, and accounting-related matters. In 2012, he entered private legal practice as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, advising technology companies on corporate and transactional issues until 2016. He then served as Senior Counsel at Snap Inc. from 2016 to 2021, focusing on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions, including work related to the company’s initial public offering. From July 2021 to January 2023, Wong was Vice President and Head of Legal at Homebound. He joined Binance.US in February 2023, where he has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and briefly held the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 2024 to March 2025.
