Curtis Oh is a professional in the digital asset sector, specializing in enterprise sales and business development. He currently holds a role in enterprise sales at OP Labs and serves as an advisor to Republic Technologies. His career has spanned traditional finance, technology sales, and various business development positions within cryptocurrency-native firms, including Kraken and Staked. [1]
Oh attended Deerfield Academy, a preparatory school from which he graduated in 2011. He then pursued higher education at Duke University, completing his studies and graduating in 2015. [1]
Oh's professional career began with internships and short-term roles in the traditional finance sector. During the summer of 2012, he worked as a Sales & Trading Summer Intern at Barclays Capital. In the summer of 2014, while still attending university, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford, Connecticut for three months.
After graduating from Duke University, Oh transitioned into the technology industry. He joined Oracle in June 2015, working in Cloud Sales Development in the Greater Boston Area for just over a year until August 2016. Following his tenure at Oracle, Oh moved to New York City and joined Bluecore in September 2016 as a Market Development professional. Bluecore is described as an AI-driven retail marketing platform that integrates website, customer, and product data. He remained with the company for one year and seven months, leaving in March 2018.
In April 2018, Oh entered the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry by joining Shift Markets in the Greater New York City Area. The company, a former foreign exchange industry technology provider, had refocused its strategy on providing turn-key solutions for the cryptocurrency market, including whitelabel exchanges, liquidity services, and regulatory consulting. Oh first served in a Cryptocurrency Business Development role for just over a year. In May 2019, he was promoted to Business Development Lead, a position he held until his departure in June 2020.
Oh then joined Staked in July 2020, focusing on business development from Los Angeles, California. Staked was a non-custodial staking service provider for more than 35 proof-of-stake blockchains, with over $10 billion in delegated assets. His role continued after Kraken Digital Asset Exchange acquired Staked in December 2021. Following the acquisition, Oh transitioned to a position in Business Development for Institutions at Kraken, where he continued to work until July 2025. This combined tenure at Staked and Kraken spanned over five years.
After leaving Kraken, Oh took on an advisory role at Republic Technologies in June 2025. In this capacity, he advises the Canadian Ethereum Decentralized Autonomous Trust (DAT) on its staking strategy, operations, and fundraising efforts.
In February 2026, Oh started a new position in Enterprise Sales at OP Labs PBC. His work there is focused on bringing large financial services, payments, and fintech companies on-chain, leveraging the Optimism ecosystem. As of April 2026, he holds this role concurrently with his advisory position at Republic Technologies. [1]
