Vaidya graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Joined BitMEX in Hong Kong as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Finance, where he led mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and capital markets initiatives.

Co-founded Maelstrom, the family office of Arthur Hayes, and serves as Managing Partner, overseeing global investment activities across venture, liquid markets, and private equity.
