With events held in key locations and community-led gatherings worldwide, the summit fosters a shared vision for the future of blockchain. The Summit was held annually through 2025. Its announced 2026 edition was canceled after the treasury proposal did not receive the required community governance support, and the organizers say they are assessing next steps.^[1]​^[6]​

2026

The proposed two-day Cardano Summit in Singapore for October 5–6, 2026, was canceled after the revised treasury withdrawal proposal expired without reaching the required DRep threshold. The proposal received 65.1% support, below the 67% threshold.^[1]​^[6] EMURGO’s separate proposal to sponsor TOKEN2049 in Singapore passed.^[1]​

2025

The Cardano Summit 2025 was held November 12–13, 2025, at Gasometer Schöneberg in Berlin, with Day Zero activities at w3.hub.^[7] Its enterprise-oriented program focused on blockchain adoption, digital trust, AI, sustainability, digital identity, and payments.^[7]​^[8]​^[9]​

On November 12, the Summit released the Digital Trust Infrastructure report in partnership with the Blockchain Research Institute. Day 1 sessions covered enterprise implementation, digital trust, AI, sustainability, European regulation, and humanitarian finance.^[8] Day 2 sessions addressed AI, digital identity, finance, stablecoins and payments, and trust-minimized infrastructure; a new Cardano stablecoin initiative was announced. The event also held the Summit Awards and announced Layer Up hackathon winners.^[9]​

2024

The Cardano Summit 2024, held in Dubai from October 23 to 24 with over 20 global community events and virtual participation, convened industry leaders, businesses, and blockchain enthusiasts. Day 1 included keynotes, panels, and master classes on adoption, education, and governance, while Day 2 focused on operational resilience. The event concluded with an awards dinner celebrating notable contributions within the Cardano community.^[1]​

2023

Cardano Summit 2023 took place in Dubai from November 2 to 4, bringing together over 30,000 attendees, including industry leaders, developers, and blockchain enthusiasts from more than 25 countries. The event featured a main-stage conference in Dubai, over 20 community-led events worldwide, and virtual sessions accessible to participants globally. The summit’s first day included over 35 sessions and 55 speakers covering operational resilience and education topics. Additionally, the summit featured a networking soirée with the “Battle of the Builders” competition, a Cardano Market showcase, and an awards ceremony celebrating achievements across the Cardano community.^[2]​^[3]​

2022

The Cardano Summit 2022, held from November 19 to 21 in Lausanne, Switzerland, gathered developers, entrepreneurs, and innovators from the Cardano ecosystem to explore the future of blockchain technology. The main stage event featured over 1,700 attendees, while community-led events took place in nearly 50 cities worldwide, drawing over 30,000 virtual participants. The summit included over 40 sessions, 15 workshops, and an inaugural awards ceremony recognizing innovators in blockchain. A virtual mosaic connected 150,000 users from 50 countries, and attendees voted on speakers and award recipients using the Cardano Ballot.^[4]​^[5]​
