Colton Dillion is a technology executive and entrepreneur primarily focused on the financial technology and Web3 sectors. He is the chief executive officer of Postquant Labs (QUIP), and has co-founded other ventures in the cryptocurrency space, including Gentlemen Labs. Colton Dillion participated in Y Combinator’s Summer 2021 program (Group 1, Section H) from June to August 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Theatre and Engineering Design from Northwestern University in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering Design and Innovation from the same institution in 2012. Colton Dillion’s career spans financial technology, digital assets, and emerging computing infrastructure. He held senior leadership roles at Acorns between 2013 and 2016, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Global Director, where he was involved in regulatory setup, product development, and international expansion, including the launch of Acorns Australia. From 2010 to 2021, he also served as co-founder and president of Infinite Sum Ltd., a multidisciplinary studio working across media, product, and technology projects. Dillion later co-founded Hedgehog, a digital asset investment platform, serving as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2023 and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer through 2024.
